Christian Montenegro - Illustrations for Franz Kafka book
Christian Montenegro has collaberated with Pehuen books to create a special South American edition of Franz Kafka's short story The Trapeze Artist.
The author, who is famous for his then-groundbreaking use of surreal writing in his short stories, is also well known to have barely published any of his work during his life time, only for his friend, who Kafka asked in his will to burn all his remaining manuscripts, to ignore his last request and publish them posthumously.
The copy seen here is only being produced in Spanish, but you can still see Christians artwork in the gallery above.
