If you or someone you live with has an allergy or intolerance to certain foods, you'll know that cooking can easily become a far less than enjoyable chore. A new cookery book released today however, The Intolerable Gourmet by Pippa Kendrick, provides a huge selection of safe and trusted recipes for all kinds of meals.
The book is also divided into seasonal food groups, each of which is beautifully illustrated by Petra Borner, all of which you can see below. These classifications are not only useful for those days when you have no culinary imagination, but also promotes responsible farming (although I'm going to assume the carrot cake with lemon fudge icing is meant for all year round consumption).
